Complete Laboratory Testing
Upon arrival, our team will collect your blood draw, TB test, and urinalysis. Lab samples are sent to our certified laboratory partner for processing.
Medical Examination
Our USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon will perform your complete physical examination, review your medical history, and verify your vaccination records. Any required vaccines can be administered at this visit.
Receive Your Sealed Form I-693
Once your lab results are received and reviewed, our Civil Surgeon completes and seals your Form I-693 in the USCIS-required envelope. Your sealed envelope is ready in 3 business days (standard) or 2 business days (expedited).
