Booking a Saturday initial visit?
The $210 deposit is required only for Saturday initial appointments. Regular Monday-through-Friday appointments do not require this Saturday deposit and may be booked normally using the scheduler above.
To book a Saturday initial visit, first pay the $210 Saturday deposit. After payment, return to this scheduling page and select an available Saturday appointment time. Saturday appointments without a matching deposit payment will be canceled.

What Happens at Your Appointment
Duration
Plan for 45–60 minutes for your complete exam visit.
Physical Exam
A comprehensive physical examination by our USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon, Dr. Alija Ali, D.O.
Lab Work
Required laboratory testing may include a syphilis blood test, gonorrhea NAAT using an acceptable specimen type, and QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood testing, depending on the applicant's age and clinical indications. Specimen collection is coordinated through our Costa Mesa clinic.
Vaccinations
Any required USCIS vaccinations can be administered during your visit at no additional charge.
Form I-693
