What does the flat fee include?

Our all-inclusive flat fee covers the complete USCIS Form I-693 physical examination by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon, all required laboratory tests (TB test, syphilis serology, and others as required), all required USCIS vaccinations administered on-site, preparation and completion of Form I-693, internal quality review, and your sealed I-693 envelope ready for USCIS submission.

Why is pricing based on a package rather than individual services?

Package-based pricing ensures you know your total cost before your appointment. It eliminates the uncertainty of itemized billing — where each lab test, vaccine, and administrative service is billed separately — which often results in surprise charges after the visit. Our flat fee is transparent, predictable, and simple.

What if I already have vaccination records?

Bring all available vaccination records to your appointment. The civil surgeon will review them and determine whether they satisfy the applicable USCIS requirements. Documented vaccines may prevent unnecessary repeat vaccination, but they do not change the comprehensive package price.

What if I already completed laboratory testing?

USCIS Form I-693 requires specific laboratory tests performed as part of the immigration medical examination. In most cases, outside lab results cannot be substituted. Our civil surgeon will advise you at your appointment.

How do vaccination titers work?

Vaccination titers are blood tests that measure your immunity to certain diseases. If you have prior vaccination records but no titer results, a titer test can sometimes confirm immunity and reduce the number of vaccines required. Titers are an optional add-on service.
