Pay the Saturday new-patient immigration medical examination deposit, then continue to scheduling to choose an available appointment time.
This deposit is required only for Saturday initial appointments. It does not apply to regular Monday-through-Friday appointments.
Saturday appointments are available for new patients’ initial visits only. Any required second visit, follow-up visit, or Form I-693 pickup must occur Monday through Friday.

Your deposit is credited toward your immigration medical examination package balance.
Payment alone does not reserve an appointment time. After paying, return to the online scheduler and select an available Saturday appointment. Saturday appointments without a matching $210 deposit payment will be canceled.
Saturday appointments are for the initial visit only. Any required second or follow-up visit must be completed Monday through Friday.
The nonrefundable deposit may be transferred one time to another available Saturday appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
The deposit is forfeited for cancellations, missed appointments, or changes made with fewer than 48 hours’ notice.
A refund is issued only if the clinic cancels the appointment, cannot provide the scheduled service, or the payment was duplicated or made in error.
