ImmigrationMedicalExams.com accepts the following payment methods for the immigration medical examination fee.

When Payment Is Due

Payment for the immigration medical examination is due at the time of your appointment. Please ensure you have your preferred payment method ready when you arrive. If you have questions about the current examination fee, please contact our office before your appointment.

Health Insurance Is Not Accepted

The immigration medical examination is a self-pay service. We do not accept health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for the immigration medical examination fee.

This is standard practice for immigration medical examinations because the exam is not a covered medical service under most health insurance plans. The examination is required by USCIS for immigration purposes, not for the treatment of a medical condition.

FSA and HSA Accounts

Some flexible spending accounts (FSA) or health savings accounts (HSA) may cover immigration medical examination costs. Check with your plan administrator to determine whether your FSA or HSA covers this type of expense. If your plan covers it, you may be able to use your FSA or HSA debit card at our office.
