Immigration Medical Exams for Immigration Attorneys

Accurate Form I-693 documentation, professional communication, and reliable turnaround. Trusted by immigration attorneys throughout Southern California since 2007.

Why Attorneys Trust Us

Immigration attorneys throughout Southern California refer their clients to us because we get it right the first time.

Dedicated Immigration Exam Clinic

We perform only immigration medical exams. No urgent care, no general medicine. Every exam is completed by a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon who knows Form I-693 inside and out.

Accurate Documentation

Form I-693 errors are a leading cause of RFEs. Our Civil Surgeon reviews every form before sealing to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Done Right the First Time

We have been performing I-693 exams since 2007. Our experience means fewer errors, fewer RFEs, and fewer re-examinations for your clients.

Professional Communication

We communicate clearly and promptly with attorneys. If an issue arises with a client's exam, we contact you directly and work to resolve it quickly.

Attorney Referral Process

Referring a client is simple. Here is how the process works from referral to sealed envelope.

01

Contact Us

Call (714) 760-4538 or have your client call to schedule. Let us know you are referring the client so we can note the referral in their file.

02

Prepare Your Client

Advise your client to bring their passport, vaccination records, and any relevant medical records. Our website has a complete checklist at /knowledge-center/getting-started/what-to-bring-to-your-immigration-medical-exam.

03

Client Attends Exam

Your client completes the exam. Our Civil Surgeon performs the physical, reviews vaccination history, orders required labs, and completes Form I-693.

04

Receive Sealed Envelope

Your client receives the sealed I-693 envelope, ready to submit to USCIS. Digital copies are available upon request for your records.

Documentation & Digital Copies

We follow USCIS sealed envelope requirements precisely. Here is how documentation works:

  • Sealed Envelope

Form I-693 is completed, signed, and sealed in the required USCIS envelope. The client must not open the envelope before submitting to USCIS.

  • Digital Copies for Attorneys

With written client authorization, we provide a digital copy of the completed (unsealed) form for your file. This is appropriate for attorney records only — not for submission to USCIS.

  • Professional Communication

We communicate directly with your office about exam status and any issues, with client authorization. We respond promptly to attorney inquiries.

Reliable Turnaround

We offer two processing options to meet your timeline needs.

Standard3 Business Days

RFE Review

We review the RFE to determine exactly what USCIS is requesting and what documentation or re-examination is needed.

Re-Examination

If a new exam or supplemental testing is required, we schedule your client promptly and complete the necessary documentation.

No Additional Charge

If the RFE is due to an error on our part, we correct it at no additional charge. We stand behind our work.
