Our all-inclusive flat fee is designed to cover everything you need to complete your USCIS Form I-693 immigration medical examination in a single visit. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

The following services are included in our flat fee.

Included Services

All of the following are covered by our flat fee.

• Complete USCIS Form I-693 immigration medical examination by a designated civil surgeon
• Comprehensive physical examination
• Review of complete medical history
• TB/IGRA blood test (QuantiFERON-TB Gold)
• Syphilis blood test (RPR)
• Gonorrhea test
• Review of vaccination records
• Administration of any required vaccines identified during the examination
• Completion and sealing of Form I-693
• Standard 3-Day Processing

What Is Billed Separately

The only service that may be billed separately is a chest X-ray, if clinically indicated. A chest X-ray is ordered when the TB/IGRA blood test result or clinical findings suggest the need for further evaluation. Not all applicants require a chest X-ray.

Expedited Processing

2-Day Expedited Processing is available for an additional fee for applicants who need their completed Form I-693 more quickly. Please contact our office for current pricing on expedited processing.
