- Syphilis blood test (RPR)
- Gonorrhea test
- Review of vaccination records
- Administration of any required vaccines identified during the examination

What Is Billed Separately
The only service that may be billed separately is a chest X-ray, if clinically indicated. A chest X-ray is ordered when the TB/IGRA blood test result or clinical findings suggest the need for further evaluation. Not all applicants require a chest X-ray.
Expedited Processing
2-Day Expedited Processing is available for an additional fee for applicants who need their completed Form I-693 more quickly. Please contact our office for current pricing on expedited processing.
