ImmigrationMedicalExams.com accepts the following payment methods.

• Debit cards
• FSA or HSA debit cards (check with your plan administrator for eligibility)

When Payment Is Due

Payment for the immigration medical examination is due at the time of your appointment. Please ensure you have your preferred payment method ready when you arrive at our Costa Mesa clinic.

Health Insurance Is Not Accepted

We do not accept health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for the immigration medical examination. The exam is a self-pay service. This is standard practice for immigration medical examinations nationwide.

Payment Plans

We do not currently offer payment plans for the immigration medical examination fee. Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. If you have financial concerns about the examination fee, please contact our office before scheduling your appointment to discuss your situation.
